Example policy
This is example text for a fictional travel agency, supplied with the Paseo template. Replace it with your own policy, reviewed by a qualified professional in your country, before you publish your site.
About these terms
These terms apply when you book a tour, experience, transfer or custom itinerary with Paseo. By confirming a booking, you agree to them.
Requests and confirmation
Sending a request through this website does not create a booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we email you a written confirmation and you have paid the required deposit.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, per person or per vehicle, and include VAT unless stated otherwise. A deposit of 30% secures your booking and the balance is due 14 days before the service date.
Bookings made less than 14 days before the service date are paid in full when confirmed.
Changes you request
We will do our best to accommodate changes to dates, times or group size. Changes depend on availability and may change the price. Please contact us as early as possible.
Changes we make
If a guide, driver or venue becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of the affected service. Weather or safety may require us to adjust a route on the day.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and personal belongings. Insurance is not included in our prices.
Your responsibilities
Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point, tell us about any medical or accessibility needs in advance, and follow the instructions of your guides and drivers. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Our liability
We arrange the services we confirm with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, severe weather or closures ordered by the authorities.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
