About transfers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your side. Your driver tracks the flight and waits in arrivals for as long as it takes, at no extra cost.
How much luggage can we bring?
Sedans take up to three suitcases, vans up to seven and minibuses one per passenger. If you are traveling with skis, bikes or a pushchair, tell us when you book and we will send the right vehicle.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the age of each child when you book and your driver will bring the right seats, already fitted.
Where will the driver meet us?
At the airport, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. At the port and the station, we send the exact meeting point and your driver’s phone number the day before.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, with tolls, waiting time and luggage included. The price only changes if you need a larger vehicle or extra stops along the way.
